Concept

At ConsilioNexus you are on a journey. A journey which will make you more competent on a personal level and create value for yourself, your company and others around you.

You will meet with other business executives at confidential One2One meetings, tailored to you based on your personal profile and your objectives.

You have the opportunity to participate in board and leadership programs, as well as receive focused coaching, communication and personal branding via ConsilioNexus Academy.

Throughout you can also participate in BrainBoost where you receive inspiration from renowned speakers on topics that are currently relevant.

To be considered, you must go through an admission process consisting of 6 steps including a personal meeting and as well as a personal interview.

You may be considered if you are recommended by another participant or if we contact you for a presentation of the concept.

One2One

As a participant at ConsilioNexus you attend confidential One2One meetings where you will be connected with other participants.

We peel back the unnecessary layers and connect you with people from whom you can learn, and with which you can confidentially have a real, on par dialogue in an efficient manner – fit into your busy everyday life.

The selection of people you meet are chosen on the premise of your profile which is based on a personal interview.

Your One2One meetings give you a confidential and personal space. You will be challenged from different angles to find new avenues for what is important for you and your company.

We quality assure and personally evaluate your meetings so that we constantly challenge ourselves and you. This helps us to develop and put together the best participants for you.

Program

In collaboration with external partners we have developed a Board program and a Leadership program. As a part of your participation you gain access to the programs which are based on smaller teams and consist of effective and inspiring 4-hour modules.

The board program is aimed at those who wish to focus on their path to board positions or for the experienced board member who wants to gain new knowledge and inspiration about the board’s work, responsibilities and strategic opportunities. The program consists of 6 modules that provide insight into the work of the board and the career path thereto. The modules are developed in collaboration with, amongst others Bech Bruun, SIRIUS advokater and Adaptum Partners.

As part of your participation in ConsilioNexus, you may be selected for Advisory Boards. The selection is based on your work experience and your performance at ConsilioNexus.

The Leadership program is specifically designed for the experienced leader who wants an effective “boost” in the personal leadership of a business community experiencing greater internationalisation, new generations and an increasing rate of change in a challenging environment. The program consists of 5 modules where we challenge you on your personal leadership style, your organisation and development of teams – both nationally and internationally. ConsilioNexus’ leadership program gives you insight into your leadership and creates an opportunity for reflection in an engaging and inspiring way.

Academy

ConsilioNexus’ Academy gives you focused development of your leadership and communications skills.

Accelerated coaching
ExecutiveInsight is about accelerating the development of you as a leader by combining personal coaching with the benefits you receive from participants in your One2One meetings. ExecutiveInsight includes four ExecutiveInsight sessions where you receive a combination of coaching and mentoring. The sessions are planned individually with your coach.
Personal presentation training
ExecutivePresence gives you access to training in your performance of body language and tone of voice. It allows you to become clearer in your communication as well as create better authenticity and authority. Become compelling, clear and motivating.
Your LinkedIn brand
ExecutiveBranding gives you the opportunity to receive a status check on how you position yourself on your LinkedIn in relation to your career goals. ExecutiveBranding includes a personal meeting about your profile and career, as well as a revision and writing of your LinkedIn profile based on your resume and wish of future positioning.

BrainBoost

BrainBoosts are small conferences that help give you knowledge and inspiration on topics that are currently relevant.

You can experience both national and international profiles as lecturers, all of whom have extensive experience in their field. In the past we have, amongst others, been visited by:

The conferences are divided into a keynote subsequent a debate, all of which typically takes 2 hours. Attending a BrainBoost also gives you the opportunity to meet others from ConsilioNexus and create new relationships.

About us

We are often asked what the name ConsilioNexus means. The name is composed of two Latin words: Consilio means wisdom and advice and Nexus means personal connection.

We are a professional forum for Danish and international business executives and decision makers. We were established in 2011 and today have more than 750 customers represented in the concept – often with several people from one company.

The purpose is not to be many. The purpose is to have the best participants and have a personal relationship to everyone who is important to us. ConsilioNexus Academy saw the light of day in 2014. The purpose was to create added value in personal development.

In 2014 the BrainBoost concept came about. Initially as one annual conference which now has developed into 4 annual BrainBoost. 2017 was the year in which the Board program was introduced and in 2018 the Leadership program came into being.

Today we are more than 25 colleagues working every day to create the best experiences –for our customers, partners and each other.

Jens Brabrand

Jens Brabrand has more than 25 years of experience as a senior executive in business and has been a board member in both trade associations and companies.

Jens started his career with Chr. Hansen in the US. He is a trained tea taster in Hamburg and has been involved in the retail industry until a brief pit stop in the automotive industry in 1997 brought him to the IT industry. He was there through the IT bubble in the early ‘00s and the global financial crisis in 2008.

During his career, Jens has been involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions in the retail industry and the IT industry as well as been an advisor on organisational development in some of the largest Danish companies. After taking a Henley eMBA from the English University of Reading in 2007, the idea for ConsilioNexus was created and after interviewing more than 100 top executives, the foundational stones were laid in 2010.

Since 2011, Jens has been solely focused on developing ConsilioNexus according to his principles that he every day must challenge himself to become better at what he does – create value for others.
