One2One

Each year, ConsilioNexus invites you to a series of One2One meetings with various sparring partners carefully selected based on your profile and interests.

These meetings provide a sanctuary and a space for conversations that may otherwise be challenging to accommodate as a leader. Therefore, the framework around our One2Ones is designed to make the meetings effective, on an equal footing, and at a time that fits into a busy schedule.

During your One2One meetings, you and your sparring partner collaborate to be curious about each other and committed to development. Together, you build trust and confidentiality, identify new perspectives, and gain fresh inspiration. Together, you create a relationship that adds value both personally, professionally, and in terms of leadership.

Your One2One meetings will provide you with new insights, challenge you, offer different perspectives, and inspire you to find new ways to address the tasks that are essential to you and your company.

Your One2One meetings are held in person at our locations in Skodsborg north of Copenhagen and in Trekantsområdet near Vejle. International One2Ones are conducted virtually.

Each meeting is evaluated to ensure that you consistently meet — and potentially reconnect — with sparring partners who contribute the most to your development.

In collaboration with external partners, ConsilioNexus has developed a range of sought-after programmes that can contribute to your development and your next career move.

The Board Programme is designed for both those aspiring to secure their first board position and experienced board members seeking new knowledge and inspiration.

The programme consists of six modules that collectively provide insights into the career path to a board position, the work of a board, as well as the responsibilities and strategic opportunities it entails.

The modules have been developed in collaboration with the law firm Bech-Bruun, SIRIUS Advokater, Vinderkurs, Adaptum Partners, and the accounting firm Christensen Kjærulff.

The Executive Programme is tailored for leaders who, in a rapidly changing world, experience an increasing need to focus on both business strategies and their personal development.

The programme consists of six modules – three that provide the latest tools within key business-critical areas and three that enhance your personal development, with a particular focus on stakeholder management and negotiation techniques.

The modules have been developed in collaboration with FUTUREWORKS Cph, Gottleben, ACT TO, Blue Note Consultants, CommAgain, and Innovation Lab.

The Mini-MBA is a unique programme designed for leaders with ambitions to expand their management toolbox and enhance their professional reach.

The programme is entirely online and structured into a series of manageable courses, ensuring that you gain insights into all the key topics within Leadership and Business Administration.

The Mini-MBA is designed to be completed in just one year, providing certification and a significant boost to your career.

BrainBoost

BrainBoost is a series of effective conferences that, in just two hours, provide you with new knowledge and inspiration.

During our BrainBoosts, we hand over the stage to experienced keynote speakers who share their insights on current topics.

Topics range from artificial intelligence, effective leadership, the motivated brain, culture and teamwork, to talent management, world politics, customer experience, behavioral design, and innovation. In other words, a wide range of themes that can strengthen your position as a curious leader with a broad perspective and the latest knowledge.

Some BrainBoosts are virtual and feature international keynote speakers, while others are physical, providing an opportunity to meet and create new ConsilioNexus relationships. ConsilioNexus' clients include over 1,000 leaders from more than 800 different companies — both Danish and international. We have a presence in Europe, Asia, and North America. Our headquarter is located in Skodsborg north of Copenhagen, with offices in Vejle and Aalborg.

Jens Brabrand is the man behind ConsilioNexus, founding it in 2010 based on 25 years of experience as a top executive. He aimed to rethink the way business leaders meet and developed the One2One concept between sparring partners, carefully matched through a tailored tech solution. Since then, ConsilioNexus has expanded to include programmes, an Academy, and BrainBoosts.
