The centerpiece of our concept is One2One meetings between specially selected sparring partners – a confidential space for exchanging experiences and valuable dialogue.
Additionally, we provide access to our popular programs about boards, management, and Mini-MBA. We also offer effective development programs at ConsilioNexus Academy and inspiring BrainBoost conferences with current keynote speakers.

One2One
Each year, ConsilioNexus invites you to a series of One2One meetings with various sparring partners carefully selected based on your profile and interests.
These meetings provide a sanctuary and a space for conversations that may otherwise be challenging to accommodate as a leader. Therefore, the framework around our One2Ones is designed to make the meetings effective, on an equal footing, and at a time that fits into a busy schedule.
During your One2One meetings, you and your sparring partner collaborate to be curious about each other and committed to development. Together, you build trust and confidentiality, identify new perspectives, and gain fresh inspiration. Together, you create a relationship that adds value both personally, professionally, and in terms of leadership.
Your One2One meetings will provide you with new insights, challenge you, offer different perspectives, and inspire you to find new ways to address the tasks that are essential to you and your company.
Your One2One meetings are held in person at our locations in Skodsborg north of Copenhagen and in Trekantsområdet near Vejle. International One2Ones are conducted virtually.
Each meeting is evaluated to ensure that you consistently meet — and potentially reconnect — with sparring partners who contribute the most to your development.
Programs
In collaboration with external partners, ConsilioNexus has developed a range of sought-after programs that can contribute to your development and your next career move.
The Board program caters to both those with ambitions of securing their first board position and experienced board members seeking new knowledge and inspiration.
The program consists of six modules that collectively provide insight into the career path to a board position, the work involved in board governance, and the responsibilities and strategic opportunities it entails.
The modules are developed in collaboration with the law firm Bech-Bruun, SIRIUS Advokater, Vinderkurs, Adaptum Partners, Borch & Elverdam Advokatanpartsselskab, and the auditing firm Christensen Kjærulff.
The Executive program is tailored for leaders experiencing an increasing need for focus on both business strategies and personal development in a rapidly changing environment.
The program consists of six modules — three providing the latest tools in critical business areas and three offering a boost to your personal development, with a special focus on stakeholder management and negotiation techniques.
The modules are developed in collaboration with FUTUREWORKS Cph, Adaptum Partners, Gottleben, ACT TO, Ditlev Consulting, and tech expert Thomas Terney.
Mini-MBA and Executive Mini-MBA are unique programs for leaders aspiring to expand their leadership toolkit and enhance their professional reach.
The program is exclusively online and structured into a series of manageable courses, ensuring you gain insight into all the essential topics within Leadership and Business Administration. The Mini-MBA is completed in one year, and if you opt for the Executive Mini-MBA extension, it takes an additional year. Overall, the program provides accreditation and a significant career boost.
Mini-MBA and Executive Mini-MBA are offered in collaboration with Leaders Excellence, Harvard Square.
Academy
ConsilioNexus Academy provides you with focused development of your skills in leadership, communication, and branding through short and effective sessions.
ExecutiveCoach aims to accelerate your development as a leader. We combine personal coaching with the leadership sparring you receive through your One2One meetings. The program consists of four sessions where you achieve a combination of coaching and mentoring. Sessions are individually planned with a coach.
BrainBoost
BrainBoost is a series of effective conferences that, in just two hours, provide you with new knowledge and inspiration.
During our BrainBoosts, we hand over the stage to experienced keynote speakers who share their insights on current topics.
Topics range from artificial intelligence, effective leadership, the motivated brain, culture and teamwork, to talent management, world politics, customer experience, behavioral design, and innovation. In other words, a wide range of themes that can strengthen your position as a curious leader with a broad perspective and the latest knowledge.
Some BrainBoosts are virtual and feature international keynote speakers, while others are physical, providing an opportunity to meet and create new ConsilioNexus relationships. The common thread across all conferences is the opportunity to ask questions and engage in a discussion on the current topic.

Therefore, we have created the framework for ambitious business leaders and decision-makers to forge professional bonds with a common goal of personal, professional, and leadership development.
You could say we're the haven for introverts and the playground for extroverts because we welcome all types of leaders seeking an alternative to traditional networking groups.
ConsilioNexus' clients include over 1,000 leaders from more than 800 different companies — both Danish and international. We have a presence in Europe, Asia, and North America. Our headquarter is located in Skodsborg north of Copenhagen, with offices in Vejle and Aalborg.
Jens Brabrand is the man behind ConsilioNexus, founding it in 2010 based on 25 years of experience as a top executive. He aimed to rethink the way business leaders meet and developed the One2One concept between sparring partners, carefully matched through a tailored tech solution. Since then, ConsilioNexus has expanded to include programs, an Academy, and BrainBoosts.
